Automating your business has never been so easy

1. Create contact list

Import your existing WordPress users or upload as a CSV file. You can also create new lists and add users automatically. Select the trigger that will add a new user to a list. These triggers can be a simple WordPress registration, Easy Digital Downloads / WooCommerce purchase, LMS subscription / course completion or a simple newsletter registration via WordPress forms. Set the conditions and FluentCRM will start adding users to the appropriate lists automatically.

2. Send emails

Sending mass emails has never been so easy! Create an email campaign, compose a new one, or select one of your saved templates. You might want to A/B test your subject lines or play around with the preheader, we've got you covered! Compose the body of the email. Our shortcodes and design templates will come in handy. Set UTM parameters for additional tracking if you need it. Send emails to a list of recipients, exclude some if you need to. Don't forget to send a test email and preview the settings before sending or scheduling the campaign!

3. Set up automated funnels and sequenced emails

Manually sending emails every day or week can be a tedious task. Why go through the hassle when you can set up an automated email funnel and focus on your other tasks?
