Add funds to your account
Updated 6 days ago
Adding funds to your account generates an invoice that, once paid, remains as a credit balance and is automatically applied, in full or in part, to your upcoming invoices.
How to add funds
Funds are added from the customer portal at mi.duplika.com. When you request funds, an invoice is generated with the description "Add funds," which you must pay for the credit to become available in your account.
Log in to the customer portal at mi.duplika.com.
Enter the amount you want to add and confirm the operation to generate the invoice.
Pay the invoice using your preferred payment method.
If you pay by bank transfer or deposit, confirm the operation by sending the bank notification or replying to the email with the transfer details.
How your balance is used
The credit balance is automatically used to cover any future invoice generated from your account, either in full or in part. You don't need to specify which invoice to apply the balance to: it is deducted automatically when the invoice is issued.
Difference from automatic debit
Adding funds is not the same as automatic debit. The balance uses funds you have already credited to your account; automatic debit attempts to charge each invoice to a saved card or a configured subscription. To learn about the available payment methods, see Accepted payment methods.
To check the status of your invoices and see what balance or credit you have available, go to the invoice list in the customer portal.
