Mi Duplika, cPanel, and Webmail: where to log in and which password to use
Updated 4 weeks ago
To pay invoices or request support, log in to Mi Duplika; to manage your hosting, use cPanel; and to read or send email in your browser, use Webmail. Each login uses the credentials for its own account.
Which login do you need?
Login | What it’s for | Where to log in | What credentials to use |
|---|---|---|---|
Mi Duplika | View your services, manage invoices, and submit support tickets. | The email address for your customer area account and that account’s password. | |
cPanel | Manage files, databases, email accounts, and other hosting options. | From Mi Duplika or via | For direct access, use the username and password for your hosting account. |
Webmail | Read and send messages from an email account hosted with us. |
| The full email address, for example |
Replace tudominio.com with your domain. The cPanel and Webmail addresses in the table are examples, not links to your account.
How to open cPanel from Mi Duplika
If your plan includes cPanel, you can open it from your hosting service details.
Log in to Mi Duplika with your customer area email and password.
Go to Services > My Services.
Select the hosting account you want to manage.
Click Log in to cPanel.
To log in directly using your domain, use the hosting username you received in your welcome email. You can find screenshots and other options in how to log in to the cPanel control panel.
What to do if you forgot a password
Recovery depends on which login you need: identify whether the password is for the customer area, your hosting account, or an email account.
I can’t log in to Mi Duplika
I can’t remember my cPanel password
You can change your hosting account password from Mi Duplika. Follow the steps in how to get a new password for your hosting account.
I can’t remember my email password
You manage each email account’s password from cPanel. See the guide to manage your email accounts.
If someone else manages your hosting and you only use an email account, ask them to help you reset that account’s password.
Why a password works for one login but not another
The hosting username is not the same as an email address. For example, to log in to Webmail with [email protected], you need the password assigned to that email account, even if you use the same address as your contact email in Mi Duplika.
In Webmail, enter the full email address, including the part after @. For more details, see how to access your email in a browser.
If you need help recovering access
If you can’t log in, email us at [email protected] with your domain, the login address you’re using, and the error message. To get support for the service, contact us from the account holder’s email address or an authorized contact’s email address.
If you attach a screenshot, hide any passwords and verification codes. The domain, login address, and error help us identify the problem.
