Automatic Backups and Restorations

All our hosting plans include daily automatic backups. These are performed approximately every hour and a half to continuously back up your files, emails, and databases and prevent data loss.
They are encrypted and stored in a Wasabi datacenter certified under SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
If you would like to disable backups for your account and take responsibility for backing up your content, contact us and we will disable them promptly.
For added security, we provide up to 14 daily copies of all your information so you can restore it whenever you need to.
Our servers provide access to Acronis Backup or JetBackup. You will find one of these options in your control panel, where you can manage and restore your backups.
JetBackup
We look for the JetBackup option in our control panel.

Once logged in, we will look for the JetBackup 5 tool.
Within JetBackup, we will see the following options:
Full backups: Use this option only if you want to restore your entire account. This includes all files, databases, logs, emails, and any other content on your website. The process may take a considerable amount of time, depending on the size and number of files.
Home directory: Use this option when you need to restore files or directories. You can select the backup date and the content you want to restore.
You can also restore email accounts, databases, or any other content you may need.
If you want to restore content while keeping the existing content, after selecting the type of backup and the date, you can enable the option "Merge backup data with live account data". This will keep the current content and add the deleted content.
Acronis Backup
If Acronis Backup is installed on your server, simply select the option from your control panel (in the same "Files" section) to see a list of the dates of the backups available for restoration.
