How to Add Our Identity to Email

In this article, we'll explain how to make your name appear in emails you send from WebMail with RoundCube.
Problem
By default, mail accounts in cPanel do not provide a sender name or identity. As a result, recipients only see the email username. Example: we send an email to a Gmail account using the test account [email protected]
Let's see how this email is received in Gmail:
The full name is Isabella Colombotto; however, only "isabella" is visible because it is the email username.
Solution
To add an identity to our email account, we need to access our webmail settings and complete the details as shown in the screenshot below:
After saving the changes, we send another email to Gmail to verify the complete identity.
Identity completed!
