My Duplika, cPanel, and Webmail: where to log in and which password to use
Updated 4 days ago
To pay invoices or request support, log in to My Duplika; to manage your hosting, use cPanel; and to read or send email from your browser, use Webmail. Each access uses the credentials for its own account.
Which access do you need?
Access | What it's for | Where to log in | What information to use |
|---|---|---|---|
My Duplika | Check your services, manage invoices, and open support tickets. | Your customer area user's email address and that user's password. | |
cPanel | Manage files, databases, email accounts, and other hosting options. | From My Duplika or via | For direct access, the hosting account username and password. |
Webmail | Read and send messages from an email account hosted with us. |
| The full email address, for example |
Replace tudominio.com with your domain. The cPanel and Webmail addresses in the table are examples, not links to your account.
How to open cPanel from My Duplika
If your plan includes cPanel, you can open it from your hosting service details.
Log in to My Duplika with your customer area email and password.
Open Services > My services.
Select the hosting account you want to manage.
Click Log in to cPanel.
To log in directly through your domain, use the hosting username you received in the activation email. You can find screenshots and alternatives in how to log in to the cPanel control panel.
What to do if you forgot a password
Recovery depends on the access you need: identify whether the password belongs to the customer area, the hosting account, or an email account.
I can't log in to My Duplika
I don't remember my cPanel password
You can change the hosting account password from My Duplika. Follow the steps in how to get a new password for your hosting account.
I don't remember my email password
Each mailbox's password is managed from cPanel. See the guide on managing your email accounts.
If someone else manages the hosting and you only use a mailbox, ask them to help you reset that mailbox's password.
Why a password works for one access but not another
The hosting username is not the same as a mailbox address. For example, to log in to Webmail with [email protected], you need the password assigned to that email account, even if you use the same address as the contact email in My Duplika.
In Webmail, enter the full address, including the part after @. You can find more details in how to access your emails from your browser.
If you need help recovering access
If you can't log in, email us at [email protected] with your domain, the access address you are using, and the error message. To receive support for the service, contact us from the account holder's or an authorized contact's email address.
If you attach a screenshot, hide passwords and verification codes. The domain, access address, and error help us identify the problem.
