Steps to verify your service if you are unable to access it

The steps to follow if you notice an access issue with your website hosted on Duplika are:
Check domain expiration: This is the first step and one of the first things we check. If your domain is .ar, you can check your domain's status here.
With IntoDNS, we can check which DNS the domain points to. In most cases, it should point to ours.Check service status: From our customer portal, the account holder can review their service status. Make sure it has not been suspended due to nonpayment.
Check server status: We share the public status of our servers at uptime.duplika.com.
Check application status: If your application displays an error, and it is a PHP error, you will find an error_log file in your site's root directory with details about the error to be resolved.
