Conditions for our uptime guarantee

The purpose of our guarantees is to provide transparency about our service by promising compensation if we are unable to fulfill our commitment. However, in order to request the corresponding reimbursement, it is essential that you keep the following in mind:
UptimeRobot, the tool that measures our uptime, is an external monitoring service. There may be cases in which a communication problem occurs with its servers, so the reimbursement will only be granted if it coincides with an actual problem with the servers or connectivity. The uptime report is available here.
The reimbursement must be requested within 24 hours of the incident.
If you have unpaid invoices, they must be settled or paid in order for any type of credit to be applied.
No more than one reimbursement per month, per service, will be issued.
