Steps to check your service if you cannot access it

Here are the steps to follow if you notice that you can't access your website hosted at Duplika:

  1. Check domain expiration: This is the first step and one of the first things we check. If your domain ends in .ar, you can check its status here.
    With IntoDNS we can check which DNS servers the domain points to. In most cases, it should point to ours.

  2. Check service status: The account holder can check their service status from our customer portal. Make sure it hasn't been suspended for nonpayment.

  3. Check server status: We share the public status of our servers at uptime.duplika.com.

  4. Check application status: If your application displays an error and it is a PHP error, you'll find an error_log file in your site's root directory with details about the error to resolve.
