Updated 2 months ago
If you visit your website and see a suspended page / account suspended notice, below we explain the reasons.
We always keep you up to date on any changes to your services by sending emails to the account holder and authorized contacts.
Nonpayment: To rule out the possibility that your service has been suspended due to nonpayment, you can view your services and their status from our customer portal.
If you have unpaid invoices, your service will be automatically reactivated once you pay them.
If there is a billing error or a payment has not been credited, write to us to restore access as soon as possible and verify your payment.Resource limits: If your account attempts to exceed its CPU or memory resources more than 30 times in a single day, you will receive a usage notification to help you check the status of your applications. After the third notification without a response, access to your website may be interrupted. Reply to one of the emails or write to us to reactivate your account and help you resolve the issue.
