Setting Up Mail in Apple Mail (Mac OS)

For your Mac to read your emails, first open the Mail application on your computer.

1. If you haven't configured your email account yet, you'll be prompted to do so when you open Mail for the first time. If an account is already configured, you can add another one from the Mail > Accounts menu.

2. Select Mail > Add Account. Enter your address and click Continue; if a list of providers appears, choose Other.

3. Enter your name, email address, and password; then click Sign In.

4. If you're prompted to enter the mail settings manually, complete them as needed.

5. Finish setting up the account to load it.
