Setting Up Mail on iPhone
Updated 5 days ago
To set up your email accounts on your mobile phone, remember that you must first create them from your cPanel control panel, Email Accounts.
Once you have created your mailboxes, find your phone and...
Go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts and tap Add Account. If you are using iOS 10.3.3 or earlier, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts and tap Add Account.
Tap Add Other Account and then select Mail Account.
Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for the account.
Tap Next. The Mail app will try to find the email settings and finish setting up the account on its own.
If Mail finds the settings, tap Accept to complete the setup.
If Mail does not find the email settings, you will need to enter them manually. Tap Next and follow these steps:
Select IMAP (recommended) or POP for your new account.
Enter the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server information using the details you have available (see the first screenshot in this guide). Using SSL/TLS settings is recommended, but you can use either option. Then tap Next.
If your email settings are correct, tap Save to finish (if they are incorrect, you will be asked to review them).
