When you sign up for any of our hosting plans, we can manage the migration of your website to our servers.
To do so, it is essential to have a hosting plan contracted and send us the access details for your previous provider, along with your preferred day and time range so we can coordinate the task.
We will migrate all your content, emails, databases, and configurations while avoiding any service interruption.
If you prefer to carry out the migration yourself, we explain the procedure below.
Migrate it yourself
If your previous hosting service has cPanel, the process will be much easier. You will need to generate a full account backup, or contact us with your access details so we can help you, speeding up the process toward its third step.
If you do not have cPanel, we explain below how to carry out the complete migration.

Data migration
If your account with your previous provider has cPanel, ask us to perform the migration by email, sending us the access details for your control panel. Otherwise, you will have to manually upload the files to our hosting service (do not forget to import the databases if you use them) via FTP or through your browser.
Mail account creation
If you use mail accounts from your “old” hosting account, log in to our control panel and create the corresponding accounts so that, when you change the DNS, all emails that previously reached your former provider will begin arriving at our servers (ensuring that no emails are lost).
For migrating your content, you can use ImapSync.
Successful migration verification
If you want to make sure your website displays correctly, you can access it through the temporary access details we sent you in the welcome email and edit your computer’s hosts file so that it queries our servers, even though the domain has not yet been delegated. DNS change
Once you have created the mail accounts and verified that the website has been migrated correctly, the final step is to point the DNS to our servers. If you do not know how to complete this step, you will need to contact the company that registered your domain.
